As part of the Guitar Music in Óbuda series, the audience will hear a truly diverse and high-quality programme. The first half of the programme will feature masterpieces from the classical guitar solo repertoire. After the Renaissance Fantasies and J.S. Bach's Lant Suite in E minor, a Sonata by Antonio José, the late Spanish composer, will follow in the style of Ravel. The first half of the concert will close with a short piece by Máté Hollós in memory of the late guitarist Sándor Szilvágyi, who died a year ago.

In the second half, Andás Csáki will perform with flutist János Bálint. The flute-guitar pairing is very popular, as the two instruments complement each other perfectly. The pieces that follow this transcription of Béla Bartók's hugely popular work are real specialities. Maximo Diego Pujol's and Shankar's virtuoso orchestrations, with their exotic musical sounds, are real crowd favourites. András Csáki
